Plywood Formwork

Plywood formwork is mainly used in the construction industry as temporary support for casting concrete. The products are divided into phenolic-faced plywood (red formwork) and film-faced plywood.

The phenolic-faced plywood has a surface coated with phenolic resin and is hot-pressed under high temperature and pressure, giving it good water resistance, a very competitive cost-performance ratio, and a high number of reuse cycles.

The film-faced plywood is overlaid with film paper, which is an industrial material made by impregnating special paper with amino resin or phenolic resin and then curing it. This type of plywood offers water resistance, wear resistance, easy demoulding, and a long service life with many reuses.
